Adding a Contact to your Safe List

1. Open your "Safe List" Click the "Junk e-mail" link in the lower left corner of your Junk e-mail screen. This action will open the Junk E-mail Guard settings window.

2. Add a New Contact Click the "Safe List" link to add a new contact to your Safe List.

3. Add Email Address Paste or type the email address into the box, and click the "Add" button adjacent to the field, then complete by clicking the "Save Changes" button.

Moving Wanted Email from the Spam Folder

1. Open Your Spam Folder Click the "Junk E-Mail" folder. This action will open your spam folder.

2. Mark email as "NOT SPAM" Right click on the email that you would like to remove from your spam folder, and choose the "Add Sender to Safe List" option. This action adds the email address to your Safe Sender list.
