Adding Email Addresses to
Address Books & Safe Senders Lists

Many current email programs and services require that you explicitly add the email addresses of the people whose email you want to receive. If a message comes through from a sender who is not in your Address Book or on your Safe Sender list, the email will be blocked, and you will not see your message.
